Terms & Conditions of training with Acudetox Clinics SA (Pty):

  1. We offer a 30 day refund policy. If you are not fully satisfied within the first 30 days of your purchase, simply contact us for a full refund. After the first 30 days, no refunds will be given considering that all of our course materials have been provided to you during this period. Please see point number 7 of our terms and conditions to ensure that you are aware of what is stated and will be enforced.
  2. A booking for a course cannot be made or confirmed unless full payment is paid in advance.
  3. If a student fails to appear for in person practical training without at least one week’s prior notice of their inability to attend the training, they will need to pay the amount in question for the practical training again. Only then will the student be booked on the next available course dates in their city, subject to availability. If you miss the course again for ANY reason whatsoever, whatever course fees that you have already paid over to Acudetox Africa will be forfeited.
  4. Courses are transferable to another person within the first 30 days after purchase.
  5. Students are responsible for the cost of their needles, swabs, magnets and other consumables for the practical part of the training and thereafter.
  6. Meals are not provided during the course. Students must bring their own lunches and refreshments on all 3 days of the theoretical training.
  7. Accommodation as well as transport to and from the 3 days of theoretical training is not included.
  8. All course material is copyrighted. Access to our online course material or the course resources through this course is for the use of the student only. Copying or distributing any material contained in this course is prohibited. Violating our copyrighted material will result in prosecution and the student will be liable for the legal costs incurred by Acudetox Academy Online (Pty). as well as forfeiting any access to our course material.
  9. Working with medical aids at this stage is not possible. However, Acudetox Academy Online (Pty) is currently working to open a sub registers and we will hope be able to work with both medical aids as well as health departments  in the future.
  10. Students are prohibited from charging a fee until they have registered with and received their practitioner certificate from Acudetox Africa.
  11. Students can only apply for their exam once they have completed their practical hours under general supervision.
  12. A student can only apply for annual registration with Acudetox Africa once they have passed their exam. Once the exam is passed, Acudetox Africa will supply the successful student with a Acudetox Africa application form and an ethics pledge. As soon as these are completed and sent to registration@nada.africa, an invoice for the annual registration fee will be sent to the student by Acudetox Africa. The certified Acudetox Africa Acupuncture Detoxification Practitioner certificate is only sent to the student once Acudetox Africa has received proof of payment of the registration fee as well as the application form and signed ethics pledge. The student is responsible for paying Acudetox Africa’s annual practitioner registration fee.
  13. No one may charge a fee as a Acudetox Africa Acupuncture Detoxification Practitioner unless their annual registration fee has been paid to Acudetox Africa. Violating this condition may result in expulsion from Acudetox Africa.
  14. No student or practitioner, qualified or unqualified may teach anyone any part of the course material unless they are a registered trainer and paid up member of Acudetox Africa.
  15. Violating any of these terms and conditions will result in your student or practitioner status being terminated from Acudetox Academy Online (Pty) Ltd and Acudetox Africa.
